General Conditions

• A maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) is allowed per apartment.
• The maximum permitted weight is 15 kg per animal.
• The Pet Friendly policy applies exclusively to the apartments. Pets are not allowed in other hotel areas, including restaurants, bars, swimming pools, spa, and other common areas, with the exception of assistance dogs, in accordance with applicable legislation.
• A fee of €35 (from June 1 to September 30) and €25 (from October 1 to May 31) per pet, per stay, applies.
• The presence of pets must be communicated at the time of booking or, at the latest, prior to arrival, and is subject to the availability of designated pet-friendly apartments.

Health and Responsibility

• Pets must be in good health, with up-to-date vaccinations and parasite control.
• The owner is fully responsible for their pet’s behavior, as well as for any damage, loss, or injury caused to people, other animals, equipment, or hotel facilities.

Behavior and Legal Requirements

• Regardless of weight, dogs classified under applicable legislation as potentially dangerous must comply with all legal requirements in force.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or request the removal of any animal that displays aggressive or disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to guests, staff, or other animals, regardless of breed.

During the Stay

• Pets must not be left alone and unattended in the apartment.
• In shared circulation areas, pets must always be accompanied and kept on a leash or in a carrier.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor areas used by them.
• After outdoor walks, pets should return to the apartment clean and dry to help preserve the facilities.
• Guests are asked to pay special attention to noise (barking or howling), particularly during nighttime and whenever the pet remains in the apartment, out of respect for other guests.

Housekeeping and Maintenance

• Whenever housekeeping or maintenance staff need to enter the apartment, the pet must be absent or properly controlled by the owner. If safety conditions are not met, the hotel may reschedule or suspend the service.

Damage and Additional Cleaning

• Any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, equipment, or common areas will be charged to the responsible guest.
• If additional cleaning is required due to the presence of the pet—such as odors, waste, excessive hair, or other exceptional hygiene situations—the associated cost may also be charged to the guest.

Non-Compliance with Policy

• In case of non-compliance with these conditions, or repeated complaints regarding noise, inappropriate behavior, or lack of control of the pet, the hotel may request immediate corrective measures or, as a last resort, the removal of the animal from the premises, without any right to refund.

Cancellation Policy:
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card details will be requested.
All changes and cancellations should be formally informed until 72h included before the day of arrival, in order to avoid any cancellation charges. All changes and cancellations informed less than 72h before the day of arrival we will charge 100% of total stay. In case of ‘no-show’ will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Municipal Taxes not included:
Olhão City Council has introduced, from the 19th June of 2023 onwards, a city tax with the value of two euros during the high season (from April 1st to October 31st) and one euro during the low season (from November 1st to March 31st). The tourist tax is paid per person aged 16 and above and per overnight stay, up to a limit of five nights per stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in by the guest.
