All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and/or prepayment, according to the conditions of the selected rate.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card prior to arrival.
Payment conditions depend on the selected rate, stay period and applicable promotional conditions.
Applicable payment conditions will always be presented during the booking process and confirmation.
Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate, stay period and applicable promotional conditions.
Applicable cancellation and no-show conditions will always be presented during the booking process and confirmation.
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A maximum of 1 extra bed is permitted per room, subject to hotel availability and the room type booked.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Olhão city tax:
From 1 April to 31 October, €2 per night, and from 1 November to 31 March, €1 per night, per guest aged 16 years old or above, up to a maximum of five nights per stay. Subject to changes in local legislation applicable at the time of stay.
Group policy:
Reservations for 10 or more rooms with overlapping stay dates are considered group bookings and may be subject to specific group conditions, overriding individual booking policies. For group requests, please contact our Groups Department: groups@realhotelsgroup.com
Multiple room bookings:
Up to 4 rooms may be booked per reservation, facilitating stays for families or small groups. All rooms included in the same reservation must share the same check-in and check-out dates. For different stay periods, separate reservations must be made, or our Reservations Department should be contacted.
Personal data:
Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Group Privacy Policy.
Documentation:
Upon check-in, valid identification documents for all guests, including children and infants, are mandatory.
Pet policy:
Cats and dogs weighing up to 15 kilos are accepted. Dogs of dangerous breeds are not accepted. Maximum of 2 animals per apartment allowed. Pets must be accompanied by the legal documentation. A fee per pet, per day will be applied. Guests travelling with a pet must advise the property at the time of booking.
Security damage deposit:
Upon check-in, guests will be asked for a security deposit in cash of 250 Euros which will be returned upon check-out after checking the apartment. However, if the guest does not want to wait for the inspection of the apartment, Real Marina Residence reserves the right to charge the guests’ credit card after their departure for any damages caused.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire interior of the hotel.
Parking is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pools: outdoor pool may operate seasonally, and their availability may vary according to weather conditions and hotel operation.
Extra charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
The hotel reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy without prior notice.
